Most projects take 4–6 weeks from kick-off to launch, depending on the number of pages, how quickly content and feedback come through, and any custom functionality required. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the start so you know what to expect.

Q: How much does it cost to work with you?

Q: Why is your pricing based on pages?

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

Q: What's included in every website build?

Every project includes custom design, mobile responsiveness, SEO foundations, a solid handover so you can confidently manage your own content, and the option of high-performance managed hosting. Add-ons like copywriting, eCommerce, booking systems, and local SEO can be discussed separately.

Q: Which web platforms do you work with?

WordPress is our default and what we recommend for most businesses — it's flexible, owned by you, and easy to maintain. We have the technical capability to work on almost any platform if you have a specific requirement.

Q: Do you offer website hosting?

Yes. All websites are offered high-performance managed hosting and support, including one hour of human time each month to check over your site and make minor content updates. Visit our hosting page for full details.

Q: Do you do copywriting?

Yes. Good content is half the battle. We offer SEO-focused copywriting as an add-on and can quote separately based on the number of pages and depth required.

Q: What if I need changes after launch?

Minor updates are covered under our managed hosting plan. Larger changes or new pages can be added down the track at our standard per-page rate — your website grows with your business.
